Acting Chinese Consul General in Auckland Wang Junchao Attends Mid-Autumn and China’s National Day Celebration of the CSC Students Association

On 24 September, Acting Consul General Wang Junchao attended the Mid-Autumn and China’s National Day celebration of the CSC Association and gave remarks. About 70 CSC students from the consular district participated.

Wang reviewed the fruitful outcomes of China-New Zealand cooperation across various fields in recent years. He encouraged the students to demonstrate the open, inclusive and enterprising spirit of Chinese youth, integrate their personal aspirations into the overall development of the country and the broader context of China-New Zealand relations, and translate their knowledge into solid momentum for promoting cooperation and deepening friendship. The Chinese Consulate-General will always work with all sectors in the consular district to build bridges for exchanges and cooperation across various fields and endeavor to create a safe and well-ordered study and living environment for overseas Chinese students.

The students sang "Ode to the Motherland" with great emotion and took part in cultural and recreational activities, creating a lively atmosphere.
